9am-9.45am: Toning, core & more toning.
9.45am-10.30: Breakfast
10.30-11.15: Yoga & Stretching
11.30-12 noon: Recovery & Relaxation.
This event is suitable for all levels & abilities. Options will be offered.
Please wear suitable workout gear & soft soled shoes. Please bring a mat, towel & reusable water bottle.
£50 per person.
