Step away from the noise of everyday life and gift yourself a full morning of deep, transformative stillness. From 7am to 1pm, we’ll sit together in silent Vipassana meditation—a powerful ancient practice that cultivates profound inner clarity and peace. In our shared silence, you’ll have the space to truly settle, to observe the constant flow of sensations and thoughts with gentle awareness, and to experience the liberating insight that comes from simply being present with what is. This isn’t a quick meditation session squeezed into a busy schedule; it’s an immersive journey inward that allows real transformation to unfold. When we emerge from our practice, you’ll be welcomed with a lovingly prepared homemade breakfast—wholesome, delicious food to nourish your body as you’ve nourished your spirit. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself than you have in months.
This is a challenge, therefore, some Meditation experience is preferable
