As the leaves begin their graceful descent and nature prepares for rest, join us for a deeply nourishing evening of yin yoga. In this extended 2.5-hour practice, you’ll surrender into long-held, restorative poses that mirror autumn’s invitation to slow down and turn inward.
Let the warmth of candlelight and seasonal aromatherapy guide you through a journey of release and renewal. We’ll explore hip openers, gentle backbends, and calming forward folds designed to help you shed what no longer serves you—just like the trees releasing their leaves.
This mindful practice will leave you feeling grounded, peaceful, and perfectly aligned with the season’s natural rhythm of letting go. All levels welcome. Props provided.
