Over 200 hours, you’ll go beyond the poses. You’ll explore the philosophy, the breath, the energy systems, and the art of holding space for others. You’ll learn to teach with confidence, clarity, and your own authentic voice.

This is yoga teacher training the way it should be – rooted in tradition, relevant to modern life, and taught by someone who’s been walking this path for nearly 20 years.

What You’ll Learn:

🧘‍♀️ Asana Mastery
Deep dives into alignment, adjustments, and how to adapt poses for different bodies and abilities. Learn to teach safely and effectively.

🌬️ Pranayama & Meditation
Ancient breathing techniques and meditation practices. Understand the nervous system and how breath work creates transformation.

📚 Yoga Philosophy
The Yoga Sutras, the eight limbs, chakras, mudras, and Ayurveda. Context and wisdom that makes you more than just a pose instructor.

👐 Teaching Methodology
Sequencing, cueing, voice, presence, and how to create classes that flow. Learn to teach with confidence from day one.

💚 Ethics & Business
How to build a sustainable yoga teaching practice. The responsibilities and boundaries of being a teacher.

🎓 Mentorship & Support
Ongoing guidance throughout the training and beyond. You’re joining a community, not just completing a course.
