Join us for a morning dedicated entirely to you – no apologies, no rushing, no distractions.

What to Expect:

This isn’t another self-care checklist. This is a gentle, honest exploration of what’s really stopping you from accepting and loving yourself as you are right now.

Through heart-opening yoga, movement, meditation, and meaningful conversation, we’ll create space to tune in – to listen to the quiet voice you’ve been too busy to hear.

You’ll be guided by:

  • Brídín Mullan (Orba Yoga) – 20 years of yoga and meditation teaching
  • Brenda McCaskie (It’s A Duck) – EMCC-accredited Mental Health & Wellbeing Coach

Together, we’ll explore what self-love actually means when you’re juggling everything life throws at you.

The Morning Includes:
