We are delighted to welcome Simon Loughlin back to Orba all the way from Asturias Spain to guide us through the Ashtanga Primary Series. Ashtanga is an energetic, disciplined style of Yoga. The Primary Series is to purify the body.
Simon is a well known and highly respected teacher. His knowledge and expertise is vast. Rarely do we get teachers of this quality to visit Ireland…so you are in for a treat.
This weekend will be highly nourishing, educational and revitalising. A wonderful way to close the term.
