The Three Evenings
Evening 1 — Arriving
We begin by simply slowing down. You’ll discover what meditation really is — and what it isn’t — and leave with your first anchor practice to carry with you into the week.
Evening 2 — Deepening
Moving beyond the breath, we explore visualisation, sound and body-centred awareness. A longer guided practice opens you to the full landscape of meditation. This is where things start to shift.
Evening 3 — Landing
We bring everything together. A full immersive guided meditation weaves all the techniques from the week into one practice. You’ll leave with a clear, sustainable path forward and the confidence to practise on your own.

About Brídín
Brídín Mullan is the founder of Orba Yoga Retreat & Health Spa in Omagh and has been teaching yoga and meditation for nearly 20 years, with over 1,000 hours of training. She teaches internationally and is passionate about making the practice of stillness genuinely accessible — to everyone, wherever they are in the world.
