About Your Teacher
Brídín Mullan is the founder of Orba Yoga Retreat & Health Spa in Northern Ireland, with 20 years of teaching experience and many many hours of vast and varied training. A passionate advocate for mindful, ethical living, she has guided students through Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training programmes and led international retreats in Spain and India. Her teaching weaves together ancient wisdom with modern neuroscience, creating accessible, grounding practices that honour both tradition and contemporary understanding of the mind-body connection.
Brídín’s approach is rooted in authenticity, compassion and a deep respect for the power of meditation to create lasting transformation – on and off the cushion.
