Summer Solstice Day Retreat

8am-4pm

Join us on Sunday 16 June as we celebrate the height of Summer Orba style.  A day of Summer goodness, energising Yoga, delicious homemade healthy food, stimulation company, hearty conversations, self discovery, relaxation and peace.

This day will be inviting in all the energy, vibrancy and warmth that is available to us at Summer Solstice.  We will be learning why this is such an significant time of year for our energy supplies and the health of our body and learning how to harness it.

Schedule:

8am-10am: Expansive Yoga Flow

10am-11am: Delicious Homemade Breakfast

11am-1pm: Workshop

1pm-2.30pm: Delicious homemade lunch, wholesome conversations and chill time.

2.30-3.30: Meditation in Nature

3.30-4pm: Deep relaxation & close.

Suitable for all levels.  No previous Yoga experience necessary.
