This dynamic and challenging class is designed for those with a solid foundation in yoga who are ready to deepen their practice. Advanced Vinyasa Flow combines strength, flexibility, and breath in a fluid sequence of postures that build heat, endurance, and focus.
Expect intelligent sequencing, creative transitions, arm balances, inversions, and longer holds. Modifications will be offered, but a good level of fitness and prior yoga experience is recommended.
Bring your own mat and towel. Mats are available to purchase — please click here and can be collected from reception before class.
