Our Hot Yoga is a 2 hour Vinyasa Style class where the studio is heated. Practicing Yoga in a heated environment has many benefits. Your body opens and adapts to the practice much quicker allowing you to gain deeper access into poses improving your overall general flexibility. You will sweat a lot. This allows you to detox, rid the body of all the bad stuff. It enhances sleep, boosts energy and encourages healthier habits and patterns. On top of that, it is a huge amount of fun.
Please bring a Mat, towel and water bottle.
