Silent Meditation
This peaceful, guided silent meditation offers you a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. Held in a calm and supportive space, the session invites you to sit in stillness and silence, gently observing your thoughts, breath, and body.
No previous experience is necessary — simply bring a cushion, blanket, or anything that helps you sit comfortably. Mats are available to purchase — please click here. You may collect your mat from reception prior to the session.
This practice is complimentary and open to all, whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your existing practice.
