Starts Tuesday 16 September 8pm.
7 week course.
This class is suitable for those who have little or no Yoga experience, or who like a slower practice, with lots of instruction.
You will be introduced to many Yoga poses, their properties’ and benefits and guided to execute them effectively and safely so to begin building a solid and enjoyable Yoga practice.
Please know that you do not need any experience or level of physical ability to participant in this class. Lots of instruction is given and you will offered many options depending on your ability.
This is a very enjoyable, relaxing and beneficial class and the perfect introduction to Yoga.
Please remember your own mat & blanket.
