When booking a spa activity or treatment at Orba, you fully understand the nature of your activity.  You understand it is your responsibility  to convey any concerns to your therapist before your treatment commences.  You understand that if your prefer any part of your body not to be massaged you must notify your therapist.  At Orba we have a bank of fully qualified, experienced, vetted male and female therapists.  If you have a therapist preference, you must notify us 4 weeks before your appointment. We do not guarantee to be able to accommodate. 

A deposit is required against all spa bookings.  You understand your booking is not secured until deposit has been paid.  We do not allow for refunds, but you may reschedule your booking no later than 48 hours before your appointment.  You understand changes made outside this time will result in you losing your deposit.
